1. Visit your nearest Vivan Dental within 30 days of purchase to activate your Dental Health Plan.

2. This plan is valid for standard-priced treatments only and does not cover additional or premium services.

3. Enjoy a ₹1,200 discount voucher applicable on any dental procedure and an additional ₹500 voucher for specific treatments (only one voucher can be used per transaction).

4. Vouchers cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or promotions.

5. The plan remains valid for one year from the date of purchase.

6. Vivan Dental reserves the right to modify the plan's pricing, features, or validity period at any time.
